We will process your opt-out within two (2) business days and remove you from all marketing lists. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Data Security & Retention

- Right to data portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to request that 111vet provides you with a structured, machine-readable copy of the personal data you provided to us, or transmits it directly to another service provider where technically feasible.

We will ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. There is no charge for exercising your data rights in ordinary circumstances; however, 111vet reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests that are manifestly excessive or repetitive.
Children & Underage Players
18+ Only — Strict Policy: The 111vet platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. 111vet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted as a mandatory step before any withdrawal is processed, and we may request proof of age at any point during a player's use of the platform.
If 111vet discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been registered by, or is being used by, a person under the age of 18, we will immediately: (a) suspend the account; (b) freeze the account balance; (c) delete any personal data collected in connection with the underage account except where retention is required to report the matter to the relevant authorities; and (d) return any deposited funds to the originating payment source where this is technically feasible.
