Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to "111vet", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the 111vet platform at https://111vet.com. References to "you", "your", and "player" refer to any registered or prospective user of the platform.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. "Including" and "includes" are not words of limitation. Any reference to a section number is a reference to a section of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account on the 111vet platform, you represent and warrant that you are: (a) at least 18 years of age; (b) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (c) legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play; and (d) not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.

111vet strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are employed by the operator, by game content providers whose titles appear in the 111vet lobby, by payment processing partners, or by immediate family members of any such employee where there is a potential conflict of interest with the integrity of games or betting markets.

If 111vet reasonably suspects that an account is being operated by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze the account balance, and request documentary proof of age. Where underage play is confirmed, any winnings generated will be forfeited, deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source where possible, and the account will be permanently closed. 111vet may report confirmed cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities.

We strongly recommend that parents and guardians who share devices with minors install appropriate parental control software to prevent accidental or intentional access to the 111vet platform by persons under 18. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and sports betting on 111vet, you are required to create a personal account. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 111vet accepts no liability for errors, failed transactions, or missed communications resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, 111vet is required to verify your identity and age in accordance with our KYC policy. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued photographic identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 111vet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 111vet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 111vet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 111vet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Platform-side fees: 111vet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transaction charges imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside 111vet's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance in real time, subject to the availability of the respective payment network. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed by 111vet on the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST. Requests submitted after this time are processed on the following business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient bank or mobile financial service.

111vet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard financial security measure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, except where an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by the 111vet compliance team.

Deposits made to the 111vet platform must originate from payment accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source does not match the registered account holder's identity — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment source. 111vet accepts no liability for losses resulting from the deposit of funds from a source that does not belong to the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

111vet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on live casino losses, free spins on featured slot titles, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. The full and current terms of each individual promotion — including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, expiry period, and any game-contribution weightings — are published on the relevant promotion page within the 111vet platform.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 111vet promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required amount within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitute a breach of these terms.
• 111vet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and made a qualifying deposit, 111vet will honour the promotion for that player at the snapshot of terms applicable at the time of the qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 111vet reserves the right to limit, withhold, or void bonuses where there is evidence of professional or systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement stated on the relevant promotion page before any associated balance can be withdrawn.

In the event of a conflict between the general bonus conditions set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion page, the specific terms of the individual promotion page shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 111vet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or Fisher Game — as published within each product section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules for that product. In the event of any ambiguity, 111vet's interpretation of those rules shall be final and binding.

Sportsbook: Sports betting markets on 111vet cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, ODI and Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other international events. Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the market at the time a bet is placed. For in-play events, the stated odds at the point of bet acceptance are the applicable odds regardless of subsequent market movements, subject to the provisions on void bets below.

• Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed without a rescheduled date within 48 hours (BST), or if a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's main balance in full.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of placing a bet. 111vet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where it determines this is necessary to manage risk exposure.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, and the ICC for international matches. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, settlement will be suspended until a confirmed official result is available.

Casino Games & Slots: All casino games and slot titles available on the 111vet platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested by recognised testing bodies. 111vet does not control the RNG or the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages of third-party game titles; however, all providers whose content appears in the 111vet lobby are required to hold and maintain relevant certifications.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a live casino round, a slot bonus round being interrupted, or a technical error causing an incorrect credit to be displayed — the affected game round will be declared void and any credits associated with that round will be reversed. 111vet will not honour winnings that arise directly from a game malfunction or technical error, regardless of the sum displayed during or after the error.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 111vet platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful to 111vet, its staff, its other players, its game providers, its payment partners, or the integrity of its games and betting markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111vet platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or incorrectly displayed odds to derive a financial advantage that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any poker, live casino, or peer-to-peer game where applicable.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) or using the platform to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Conducting any form of systematic bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated use of multiple identities to claim promotions in excess of the permitted entitlement.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location obfuscation.
• Engaging in any behaviour that harasses, threatens, or abuses 111vet staff or other players via the support channel or any other communication method.

111vet employs a range of fraud detection tools and monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 111vet reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend account access, freeze the account balance, void any wagers or winnings arising from the prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request the closure of your 111vet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, 111vet will offer to process any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, provided that the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 and all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds remaining in the bonus wallet at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, or contact [email protected] to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, 111vet will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual. Suspension or closure by 111vet: 111vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) the player is found to be under the age of 18; (c) the player is found to be resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (e) 111vet is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order; or (f) 111vet reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a financial crime or fraud risk.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 111vet for reasons other than confirmed prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time. Where closure is due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage play, or other serious breach, 111vet reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation or to remit it to the relevant authorities as required.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions: 111vet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the 111vet platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure above before the amendment takes effect.

Governing law and disputes: These Terms & Conditions are written in English.
